What’s the difference between a rental and a safari tour?

Rentals are for road use only and have red plates β€” off-road is forbidden. Safari tours go off-road and include a guide, safety gear, and legal trail access.

Can I drive in the dunes?

No. The Maspalomas dunes are a protected reserve. It’s illegal to drive buggies or quads there.
